There is a growing trend in interest in how one’s Lifestyle affects the prevention and management of cancer.
What does the term Lifestyle mean?
I think this refers to the specific behaviours that affect the physical body and, therefore, deals with the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of one’s nature. This may be a difficult concept to grasp at first, but thankfully, science is steadily adding its weight to it.
