It is with sadness that I have to report that Ron Browne, one of our founder members passed away on 19th February 2018. He was 89 and was in a Home suffering from dementia.
David Padfield and I attended his funeral on the 13th of March.
We very much owe our existence to Ron. His determination to provide a self-help group, which did not exist, was inspirational. He donated to our group in his will.
His wife Freda, survives him.
